Subscription FAQ
You can skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime before the next charge occurs. Please note: Once an order is charged/processed, it is unable to be cancelled. Any changes made will apply to your next order.
You can manage your subscription through the customer portal here.
- Select Subscriptions from the left hand side
- Select Edit under the Actions row of the subscription you wish to modify.
- You can choose to change your subscription product or quantity, update your next charge date or frequency, skip or cancel your upcoming shipment schedule.
If you didn't set up an account at checkout, please request an account invite using the email address you used at checkout. If you are experiencing any issues logging in or are unable to reset your password, please contact or email subscriptions@slicesoda.com for assistance.
You will receive your order once every four weeks or once every two weeks, depending on your selection at check out. Recurring delivery is based on when you signed up for your subscription. For example, if you place your subscription order on February 20th, your second subscription will ship four weeks from that date.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on every two or four weeks based on when you signed up for your subscription. You will receive an email three days prior to your credit card being charged as a reminder.
